We want to help you get the most out of your day… by restoring and optimizing your levels of activity. This means getting to the root of your problem, not just treating the symptoms.
We do this using hands-on assessment and treatment combined with our thorough understanding of how the human body works.
All of Keystone’s therapists have an extensive understanding and knowledge of the Myofascial system. We are body workers and functional movement practitioners focusing techniques on muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns.
We are dedicated to helping people attain a lifestyle free of pain and impairment. With a highly skilled and caring team of therapists, Keystone Body Therapies offers one-on-one sessions to increase the individual’s understanding of their body and how to take control of their health.

Tate Hardcastle
Owner
Licensed Massage Therapist
NCBTMB Certified
Tate Hardcastle is the owner of Keystone Body Therapies. It has been his goal, vision, and dream to open his own massage therapy clinic that specializes in this unique, extremely effective bodywork ever since graduating the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004.
He was fortunate enough to have Jason Prince as his Structural Bodywork instructor during school where he became a Certified Structural Integration Practitioner. Along with many other talented instructors, Jason taught him the power of this work. Tate’s eyes were opened to the almost limitless benefits that massage therapy can offer to clients.
He has worked solely in massage therapy ever since as a bodyworker and instructor. He learned that, from soft tissue (muscle, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) manipulation, we can target the cause of pain and dysfunction, and not just focus on the symptoms.
Along with his wonderful and supportive family, Keystone Body Therapies is his passion! Educating the public on the benefits of this work is a huge part of what we do.
If you would like us to come and present our work to your group or organization please contact Tate at the office, (480) 686-8647, or on his mobile phone at (435) 232-2016.
