John Pierce LMT

John worked for approximately ten years performing Sports Therapies on runners, cyclists and weightlifters while living in New Jersey. After moving back to Arizona permanently, John attended the Scottsdale campus of Chicago based Cortiva Institute where he received over 1,000 hours of classroom and clinical education. After graduating in 2012, John went on to attend Phoenix College, where he pursued an Associates in Therapeutic Massage. He is currently pursuing his Masters in a related field at ASU.
John’s professional experience includes working with medical professionals in treating personal injury cases and working with amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes. He has also worked in a chemical dependency rehab facility as well as both luxury and day spas. although he prefers the type of work he does at Keystone. Taking an osteopathic approach, he feels the body must be viewed as a whole unit in order to determine the root cause of a condition or dysfunction. John is trained and certified in various Myofascial techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
