By booking an appointment, submitting information, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Keystone Body Therapies provides massage therapy and related wellness services. Access to our services may include scheduling, client intake forms, reminders, and payment processing through GHL and other third-party providers.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information, including health-related details necessary for safe treatment.
Refrain from using our services for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
Respect all staff and adhere to professional standards of conduct during appointments.
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials (if accessing a client portal).
3. Appointments, Payments & Refunds
Scheduling: Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis through our booking system.
Cancellations: We require [insert your actual cancellation window, e.g., 24 hours] notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, funnels, marketing materials, and booking systems — including text, logos, and designs — is the property of Keystone Body Therapies and may not be copied or used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Keystone Body Therapies and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
A client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
A client fails to comply with these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
