MDES – Vinyasa Yoga Presented by Amy Whiting

Imagine an activity that increases your flexibility, strengthens your muscles, centers your thoughts, and relaxes and calms you. Yoga does all that and more! In this session of the MDES you will learn a brief history and philosophy of yoga as well as some of the benefits. Amy will then guide you through an entire one hour yoga session! Amy has a lot of experience teaching yoga both in Tempe and New York City and she brings a great amount of knowledge and positive energy to the session. This class is free of charge. Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes you can stretch in.
